I'm trying to locate information on a part I used on the early 70's.  The
part name was LP1000 and it was made by LITHIC SYSTEMS.  Both the part and
the company seem to have disappeared.  The part was a three terminal device
that acted much like a UJT (I'm dating myself here).  It made a nifty LED
flasher that drew very little current (200microamps).  Anyway, the data
book gave an equivilent circuit that I once constructed and got to work.  
If you have any information on a replacement for the part, or if you have
an old data book, I would be interested.  I tried posting this earlier, 
but our newsfeed was down.  Thanks for any help.
