                         Siemens became unreachable at 14:15. I logged
                         onto Capital2; the line and line protocol for
                         the interface connecting Siemens are down.  I
                         tried  contacting  personnel  at  Siemens but
                         every number I dial I receive  a  rapid  busy
                         signal.  Due  to the extreme bad weather I am
                         going to assume Siemens has lost power.
