The closest thing to a lamdba vector is the Pi-VX plasmid. Oh and by the way VecBase is not being kept updated, the last revision was August 1987. There are many commonly used vectors that have not been assembled into a sequence entry in any of the public databases. I guess there is a place for an entrepeneurial sequencer. Mike Cherry
