Last week i posted a request for experience with hardware implementation
of neural-networks. I didn't get a single answer. I there really no one
who has used neural-network chips/boards? I'll re-ask my question again.

Has anyone experience in implementing neural-networks on these
chips/boards. Are they capable of 'on chip learning'? What kind of
architectures are supported?
