I think that's a little steep, unless they were somehow adding value (?) How about a CD-ROM collection of the SIMTEL20 archives? That wouldn't even be very hard to do, since SIMTEL puts out listing files that let you automate the task of mirroring their archives (as wuarchive.wustl.edu does).
