I'm especially interested in PLA compilers, but also in other tools too. So please post replies to the net, not EMail, as I guess there are quite a few people around who would be interested in the answers. We have an old out-of-date copy of the OCT tools from Berkeley. Does anybody know where I can get the latest version. The new version is much better than the old. Here's the ANNOUNCE file from the distribution: Berkeley, California 8/31/90 This is the official announcement of the release of Oct Tools 4.0. This version has a number of bug fixes, new documents, new tools, and new packages. A list of changes from previous versions of Oct Tools can be found in ~ftp/pub/octtools-doc/CHANGES on shambhala.berkeley.edu (128.32.132.54). The primary way of ordering the distribution is via the EECS Industrial Liaison Program Software Office. Contact Cindy Manly-Fields (cindy@janus.berkeley.edu) to obtain ordering information. Those with ftp accounts on shambhala.berkeley.edu can retrieve the distribution via ftp. The file 4.0/README-4.0 describes how to retrieve and build the distribution. Unfortunately, due to limited time and resources, we can no longer take requests for new ftp accounts. As always, please send all bugs/comments to 'octtools@eros.berkeley.edu'.
