AutoFTP and BatchFTP are BOTH available from SIMTEL20.  Look in the
pd1:<misc.unix> directory.  They are there, along with ARC, UNZIP,
COMPRESS, UUENCODE, UUDECODE, and RZSZ (ZModem) for Unix.

These files are all available via the BITNET mail servers as well as
FTP.
