TOOLPACK contains an environment in which to parse FORTRAN codes, manipulate the pieces and put them back together again. TOOLPACK is currently available at lavaca.uh.edu, or from your friendly neighborhood Numerical Algorithms Group (NAG) representative. -- John D.
