     I am looking for a public domain fir filter
design program.  I had one written in Fortran which implemented
the Remez exchange algorithm; put out by someone in IEEE in the
late 1970's.  If anyone could email me a copy of this
or some similar source code, it would be greatly appreciated.
Even better would be an fir source written in C.
