Hello,

Does anyone have references (or know off the top of their head) a 
way of converting between Red-Green-Blue (i.e. CRT colors) and
Red-Yellow-Blue (i.e. the way artists mix paint)?

From the little I know about color theory and human perception theory
I suspect that this will not be a simple linear conversion.
