Is the paper "Recommended C Style and Coding Standards" by Cannon et al
available in Postscript (or maybe TeX/LaTex) format rather than dit/n/troff
from any anon-ftp site?

Alternatively does anyone know a source of the "-ms" macros used within
the troff version?
