  We still do a fair amount of FORTRAN programming around here and we
are looking for a static code analysis tool that will run under UNIX
(most likely Posix compatable) and VMS. Features must include  
lexical and semantic examination subprogram references. We use the
output of the tool we currently use as documentation so the new tool
must produce concise reports of its results and trees graphs subprogram 
references.
