Has anyone written a perl script to convert a dbaseiii file to a
flat file.  I pass files between dbaseiii and oracle on a routine
basis.  What I would like is to have the additional capability to
convert the dbfs under unix to avoid the hassle of downloading 
the dbf to a pc, converting using sdf or delimited, and uploading
back to my sperry.  I can write sql/rpt, dbaseiii, and lower order
perl, but I am reluctant to attempt this one.
