We have a problem with the memory handling in Postscript (level 1). We would like to load and delete bitmapped fonts, where the order of loading/deletion is not known from the beginning. Currently we are using savelevels, but this is not good, because of the stack oriented way that memory handling works in Postscript. Our problems shows itself when loading font 1,2,3,4 and then get a memory failure when loading 5. We would then like to delete 1, but we have to delete 4,3,2,1 and then reload 2,3,4 etc. Is there a better solution to this ? / Martin Gren -- Martin Gren email: martin@axis.se Axis Communications AB uucp: axisab.se!martin IDEON Tel: +46 46 16 86 61 S - 223 70 LUND Fax: +46 46 13 61 30 SWEDEN
