I don't know for BLITNET, but i think it's not very probable, given the
current german networking setup. Internet is in the queue, with many
of those universities there possibly joining the net first to second quarter
next year, if everthing works well. This is at least what i'm hoping for,
but don't quote me, maybe next year will just see big net-confusion
in germany ;-(
