Has anyone added the biff shadow transport to smail 3.1 yet?

In the source I have (3.1 PL18) there are some hooks for it, but the
biff transport driver is not yet there.

I have had major complaints from my users about biff not working any
more.

I do not yet have internet/ftp access, so if you have something that 
will help me, please let me know and I will ask one respondent to send
me the stuff by mail.
