well, the /etc/hosts at the Technical University Berlin shows
some sl/ip links to hosts there. if i recall correctly among them 
is the uni leipzig, but i don't know for sure. i think
Willi Koehler (wk@opal.cs.tu-berlin.de) should be able to
tell you more, or knows people who can.
