I've heard that SoundBlaster comes bundled with a lot of software compared to the Adlib though. The computer gaming magazines seem to be having "Sound Month" and talk about these cards in lenght, so maybe you could look there. I do have a question about the LAPC-1 sound card from Roland though. Does anyone have this card? I'm worried that putting the MT-32 on a card and sticking it right into the motherboard will cause horrendous noise problems. If you have the card, could you please send me S/N specs and frequency response? I'd also be interested in you opinion on the card. Does it have partials just for game sounds?
