I believe that the only reason for the poor responce from the Amiga Community towards Minix is that they simply don't know about it yet.
Minix has been out for other machine for a long time now, and a version
for the Amiga is brand spanking new.  It will pickup.  Amiga people are
some of the most resourceful people I know.
 
I myself own an Amiga and I am patiently waiting for somebody to bring out  Hard disk support for Commodore harddrives (ie 2091 or the native
A3000 controller.)  Is there anyone out there who is working on this? I'd be very interested to hear from you.
