 I'm in need of a basic screen control package which allows rapid
development of screens, ( termcap/termlib driven ) that lends itself
to configuration management screen development. 
 X Window environment is fine as well. The tool needs to allow the
definition of input fields, allowable data-entry to fields, and mapping
of function keys.
 Any pointers in any direction are welcome.
