I haven't seen many PD/Shareware ones that are very good (if someone knows of any, please let me know). So I called up the dealer I usually get stuff from and asked them. They said that there are essentially only two out there: Advantage and Maxi Plan III (though this is available only as an upgrade they said -- how many $$$?). I'd like to know people's opinions on the above two. Advantage runs under 2.0 on a 3000 (which is what I will be using it on) and supports an FPU, but doesn't handle double precision. I know next to nothing about Maxi Plan, although I seem to remember some `unkind' words about it on the net a while back. If you've used both, I'd be particurarily interested in a comparison. Right now, I probably don't need double precision. However, it's something I would like in the future. Does anyone know if Advantage is scheduled to be updated in this manner? Also, if there is some new star spangled spread sheet that's supposed to be coming out soon, I'd like to hear about that, too.
