I'm trying out the DICE free distributable version to see  if  it
fits my needs and in the process, I tried to recompile some of my
PD software with it.  I'm getting an error that  the  symbol  Be-
ginIO  is not defined.  I find this curious because it is a func-
tion that is in one of the Amiga shared libraries.  Does  anybody
have any idea what I am doing wrong?


PS. What does the net think of DICE?  Is it as good as, say, Lat-
tice 5.10?  How do you people do your debugging without a  source
level  debugger?
