Do I need to purchase NFS if I just want to be an NFS client
(ie. just mount someone else's disk)?  Do I need to set up
something special?

I tried issuing an /etc/mount command but it returned with:
mount: unable to exec /etc/nfsmount
mount: nfsmount returned in error
