Frank Ridderbusch has done a solid port of TeX 3.1 and Metafont 2.7
to the Atari ST, using GCC 1.37. He sent me the binaries and man pages.
I have tested the utilities on my home machine, and they seem to work
fine. This is a _complete_ TeX binary distribution in several files, 
including such goodies as inimf, pktogf, etc. I suggested only one minor
change, which Frank implemented, and I have now posted the distribution
to atari.archive with Frank's permission. Here are the files:
