In my humble opinion, even though the GEORAM is the cheapest one, the REU is a better choice, it can be used by any software and can programmed very easily, whereas the GEORAM, from what I've read, can only be used by GEOS. Also, it seems that the GEORAM is somewhat slower than a true REU. I know the REU is capable of doing DMA's at 1 Mb per seconds! That's very fast... Besides, if you have a C64, the boosted power supply is another bonus.
