I have the C and assembler source for the PCIP package that
implements TCP/IP on a pc. I need to buy a Microsoft C compiler
and assembler to build it.

My question is: Why should I spend ~500 for MS C 6.0 and MASM
when I can by Quick C with an assembler for <$200 ?

Is Quick C a compiler or interpreter? What limitations will I have?
