I am thinking about buying a color monitor for my SE/30.  I would like a
good, high resolution monitor.  I am not sure if I want 4-bit or 8-bit color.
Could someone out there explain the differences between the two, and what the
differences in prices are, and who makes them.

Also, I'd appreciate any advice on certain brands to stay away from.

p.s.  I don't intend to do much more with the color than use it in SuperCard
      programming and games.
