(SCSI ids used, HiDen drive=0, ci=7, Rodime=5, Segate=4, Syquest=6) The "ci" and Syquest 44 are TERMINATED. Terminators are removed from the "Rodime 140" and "Segate 48". Hooked up a borrowed CD ROM to the Syquest (oh gosh) 28 Nov 90 that was TERMINATED. All worked fine. After returning the CD ROM drive I connected everything as it was before. I had problems booting. I had to boot from floppy. SCSI probe DA said the "ci" was not terminated. I removed the "Syquest 44" from the chain. Rebooted with no problem. I removed the "Rodime 140" and a "Segate 48" from the chain and then hooked up the "Syquest 44" directly to the "ci" and, voila, "Syquest 44" works. I need to get the "Syquest 44" working back in the chain. Any ideas what may have gone wrong? I called Ehman three times. No return call yet (sob). Thanks in advance, Ken. P.S.
