The Apple 8*24 and 8*24GC cards can drive the Apple Two-Page Display
at 8 bits of grayscale.  Is it possible for the cards to drive an
"equivalent" color monitor (1152x870) at 8 bits of color?  If so, does
anybody make such a monitor?
