Lines: 15 I have just downloaded some font families from SUMEX-AIM, Adobe's directory. These files have the plain font along with the bold, italic, and bold-italic faces. They operate correctly: I get the correct screen font when I bold some text, not the algorithmic bolding. Why, then, do all four names appear in the font menus of most programs? How can I keep this from happening: Avant Garde B Avant Garde Demi BI Avant Garde DemiOblique I Avant Garde BookOblique Instead, just listing Avant Garde? Thanks in advance. - David Mittman DMittman@Beowulf.JPL.NASA.GOV
