Can somebody recommend a good book that might be in the UoDel library
on Display Postscript?  (i.e., not a book that only comes with the NeXT)

How does the NeXT applications get input?  Is this part of DPS as it is 
in NeWS, or is it a separate pathway?  Can you recommend a book?

What's a good book for Objective-C as used by the NeXT?  I've read Cox's
original book, but the details there are scant.

Can somebody recommend a good book on Mach?
