Keywords: server backup Bernoulli optical disks Message-ID: <*1C^3G+@rpi.edu> Date: 10 Dec 90 01:38:58 GMT Distribution: comp Organization: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY Lines: 16 Nntp-Posting-Host: risk.its.rpi.edu I'm administering a Novell Network for RPI's newspaper, and we're looking for a "new" way to bakcup our server. Currently, we back things up to tape, but we'd like to switch to a more "flexible" medium. At this point, we're looking into either Bernoulli Boxes, or perhaps read-write optical disks. Does anyone have any experience with using either of these products for backups? Particular vendors for these? Comments? Suggestions?
