Karlheinz's machine doesn't work anymore.. It did briefly about 6
months back with some of my chips, but since he got all of his plugged in,
it doesn't. Symptoms are that all the LED's light up properly, but we can't
get anything to come out of the UART. We've scoped the TXD pin on CON3 and
nothing appears on it after a reset.
