I tried to use Winqvt (4.51) with a 16550 UART chip, but no go. If I don't
enable the FIFO's, no problem, but with the FIFO's enabled (using a little
utility I got from an ftp site), as soon as the opening logo goes away,
Windows itself terminates to the DOS prompt.

I guess it can't handle it.

Is anyone working on a driver, or a way around it?
