Couple of questions concerning the best time and place to creat swapfiles:

1) should they be on the same drive as data and other things which change and
possibly fragment or should I stick it on my program partitions (80 meg drive
split into 1 meg dos, 50 program 29 data)?
2) I seem to remember someone recommending installing windows and swapfile
before anything else and then using Speed Disk to compact the whole thing
followed by installing the rest of the programs.
3) Will any of this make a noticable difference or am I just being anal about
it all?
