Is it possible to disable the auto-raise operation of windows?
Normally, when you click anywhere in a window, it brings the
window to the front so that all of it is visible.  Ideally, I'd like
to be able to type in a window without it jumping to the front,
and be able to raise a window by clicking on its border.
