I wish I'd ben able to be envolved with the construction, emplimentation, organizational structure, and so fourth but at the time they were a prety closed group. Never the less the day WRBH finally did come on the air was exciting for New Orlean's blind and Louisiana's blind. I know this is a dream but it seems that one public access frequency down inthe lower numbers of the F.Ml. dile such as (88.5) should be alocated to radio reading services. I'm not sure how many cities would be able to get up the ogranizations to make them work but it's anidea.
