Yeah, They're getting tougher. But, the feds pay 80%, the state 20%.
 
BTW, they aren't GIVING anything. They get back $11-15 for each buck 
they spend. 
 
All those extra taxes collected vs. money spent on wellfare, etc..
 
You have to play with their heads. tho. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING (+ copy your 
congressmen !)
