Several questions come into mind: 1. In PROCOMM, there is a CHAT MODE which splits the screen in two (unequal) halves. Can this be used? 2. What are the necessary parameters to set for my HAYES (RACAL VIDAC V1223) modem? Also what are the parameters to set for the number to be dialled? 3. Can KERMIT also be used? It is evident, not from experience but I intend to do so, that both PROCOMM and KERMIT can be used to talk to another PC. 4. What are the necessary steps for a TTY/TDD user to call my PC? Any references to publications etc would also be greatly appreciated.
