Lewis, Jr.) Organization: University of Chicago Lines: 11 I have heard that a small population of Golden Eagles winters in southeastern Minnesota. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, where? Apparently the wintering location is near the Wisconsin and Iowa boarder, probably along the Mississippi. I do know that a large number of Bald Eagles winter in this area.
