I just picked up your pvt message from last Friwrite so we can discuss 
this further. I will be happy to help. I need more information before I 
can give much help though. One of the hurdles is that every situation is 
different and this is compounded by the lack of a national policy within 
the FAA. The important thing is that skydivers must fight vigorously for
