In the discussion on the dangers of oral sex and all the studies that
go along with it, is there any mention of a differential between oral
sex with ejaculation and without?
 
Also, I read somewhere (the proverbial somewhere) that the acidic
nature of saliva and gastric juices helps to kill the HIV. Is there any
truth in this?
