7-Dec 10:45 UTC. The Montreal CA*net node is down for a 
                 scheduled power outage from 10:45 to
                 13:00 UTC. This power down isolates the
                 Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Manitoba,
                 and Saskatchewan nodes.
