In response to Peter Carlsson re: gt11, I made some enquiries myself a couple o
f years ago and found that the only place considering doing any sequencing on t
his phage was Prof.Brammar's group in Leicester, UK.  However, I doubt if they
have done anything - it is not high priority.  I assume you want to find more r
estriction sites - it might be worthwhile checking with one of the commercial o
utfits such as Stratagene.  NB gt11 is 48Kb, not 9Kb.
