Hi, net readers!

This posting is about SIM, the program that comparing the local similarity
between sequences or inside one sequence itself.  I have problems in making it
executable on VMS which uses sytem software 5.0.  Can anybody give me some help
on this?

Also, I need some information on the format of the sequence and the version
that can compare the amino acid sequences.
