I would like to request the FTP addresses of places that have 
ftp-able C NN source.  I know there have been a semi-infinite 
number of these sorts of posts over the years, but we just 
received ftp access here.

Any E-mail replies should still go the old way 
(mgaspar@esunix.es.com), as uunet mail still goes into the 
bit bucket.

A proposal:  Would anyone have the resouces and time to do a 
monthly comp.ai.neural-nets info posting, like so many other 
newsgroups have?  Could contain info such as this, along with 
answers to frequently asked questions.  Comments?
