Thanks to all the people who replied, I got the program from (labrea.stanford.edu) via anonymous ftp (in pub/dvidvi.tar.Z). The purpose of this program is to convert a dvi file into another dvi file, and can be used in conjonction with twoup.sty (sun.soe.clarkson.edu) and a dvi2ps program that authorizes -L (landscape) formats to print two pages of text on one page. Thanks again. Christophe. = May the source be with you ! =
