It appears, from everything I've read here so far, that CLEAN71 part one was
posted twice, but corrupted.  That's how it appeared here, too.

But I found it was fixable: part 1 is complete, bus has an extra bit at the
end.  If you look at the file, about 80 lines from the end, you will see what I
mean.  I just chopped off the extra bit, and it uudecoded fine.
