In previous postings of is brand A better than brand B database I noticed
little concern for the following issues 

	. Vendor support (local office/national/international)
	. Education      (types of courses and locality of the centres)
	. Integration    (to the hardware vendors file systems and tools)
	. Localisation   (foreign language support 8,16,multi-byte langauge)

would anyone like to comment on the above or other issues that they use
to select a database beyond the raw horse-power and $value .
