We have a file that has been marked -RO S X (Read Only, Shareable, Execute Only)
The X attribute according to the system is a "permanent" attribute.  Is there
anyway around this flag?  Person was trying to solve a problem reading the file
(I/O Error Reading Network File).  I'll be taking the system down tonight for 
backup and will rebuild bindery and see what I can do in this regard.  This is
on a NW 286 SFT 2.15 server.  I either need to change this or beable to delete 
the file so I can either reinstall or restore from tape.  

Any help would be appreaciated.  Thanks in advance.
